Introduction to the Manufacturing Process
Molding
Equipped with three all-electric injection molding machines from Sumitomo Heavy Industries, we manufacture resin products, including medical components for the circulatory system. By maintaining stable molding conditions and high reproducibility, we minimize quality variations and achieve efficient, stable production on a 24-hour basis.
Cut
The molded resin product is placed in specialized cutting equipment, where the product itself is precisely separated from the gate section. The process is carried out carefully and reliably to avoid damaging the product, ensuring consistent quality before handing it over to the next stage of production in optimal condition.
Hard coating
After the cutting process, the resin molded product undergoes hard coating to increase its surface hardness. By applying the treatment uniformly using specialized equipment, we ensure the required durability and surface quality, maintaining consistent standards as the product moves to the next stage of production.
Inspection
During the inspection process, we conduct dimensional and visual inspections to ensure that each product meets established quality standards. We meticulously inspect every single unit visually; this rigorous system, designed to detect even the slightest anomaly or defect, guarantees the consistent quality required for medical components.
Assembly
